K & N Property Buying Services cannot be held responsible or liable for any false representation or errors made by vendors in their supplied advertisement.

K & N Property Buying Services are not responsible for any problems you may encounter with a purchaser during the selling process, or indeed with the private contract with the purchaser.

K & N Property Buying Services are not responsible for any damage or losses incurred during a viewing with a potential purchaser in or on the vendors property.

Nowhere on our advertised Direct Sales service do K & N Property Buying Services suggest that a sale is guaranteed buy advertising on the Website.

K & N Property Buying Services rely on the vendor to advertise their property as accurately as possible. When viewing a property if it is not as described by the vendor on our website, please contact us with your complaint and we will contact the vendor. This is very important to us as we rely on all our vendors listing their property accurately, although we cannot be held responsible for inaccurate information supplied to us.

K & N Property Buying Services reserve all rights to remove an advertisement which is continuously being advertised falsely by the vendor. We will contact the vendor following a possible complaint and try to rectify the problem initially. If the problem persists the vendor will receive warning of the removal of their advertisement prior to us doing so.

K & N Property Buying Services cannot refund advertisement fees if a property is sold prior to the end of the term of the advertisement. However, we will remove the property from the site if we are informed to do so by the vendor in writing.

K & N Property Buying Services is committed to protecting your personal information and other data supplied to us. We value your privacy. We never give customer details to 3rd parties.
