Don’t be scared to negotiate, the vendor will expect this.

Always employ a reputable Lawyer to check land ownership and building licenses.

If you need a mortgage always check the Spanish high street banks as they normally have very attractive repayment plans, and most managers speak good English.

When you make an appointment to view a property encourage your partner or a friend to view with you as a second opinion is invaluable.
